The bridesmaid bouquet should complement the bride's bouquet, but how you do that is entirely up to you.  You may choose a smaller version of your own bouquet, or choose something totally unique to your maids.  Whatever you decide, do make sure that the flowers coordinate with the attire they are wearing.
